Gentle Yoga postures combined with introduction to meditation and breathing exercises for a more inclusive practice.

Basic Philosophy & Meditation

How to meditate in 5 steps

Learn and develop how to relax your body and breath, focus your mind & sit resting in a place of stillness in 5 easy stages. Meditation is an inward journey .
